We offer a refund within a maximum of 30 days from receiving your products. To pursue a refund, please contact us at Madeinwaxmelts@gmail.com - we will require you to send the products back to us in their original condition and packaging for a full refund.

 

As we are a small business, we are unable to offer free returns - if your product arrives broken, please send the order back to us, and we will reimburse your postage costs (only for damaged items). We will require proof of postage.

 

We accept refunds for:

- Items that arrived damaged

 

We do not accept refunds for:

- Wax Melts that have been opened and used

- If you do not like the scent chosen, we understand that scent is subjective, however as a small business we are unable to refund for this.
